Live Streaming Guidelines

§2 Prohibited Content
The distribution, depiction, or promotion of the following content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities:

  1. Depictions of Violence and Physical Abuse

    • Content that includes, promotes, or glorifies physical or psychological violence against individuals or animals.
    • Any form of non-consensual acts.

  2. Blood, Self-Harm, and Extreme Practices

    • Content depicting blood, self-harm, mutilation, or life-threatening acts.
    • Content encouraging or promoting self-harming behavior.

  3. Weapons and Dangerous Objects

    • Display, possession, or use of firearms, knives, or any other dangerous objects.
    • Promotion, advertisement, or sale of weapons or weapon-like items.

  4. Drugs and Illegal Substances

    • Consumption, sale, promotion, or advertisement of illegal substances, including controlled substances and prescription medications without proper authorization.
    • Depictions of excessive alcohol consumption or medication abuse.

  5. Child Protection and Youth Safety

    • Any involvement of minors (individuals under 18 years of age) in any form.
    • Content that suggests, promotes, or implies pedophilia or the sexualization of minors.

  6. Non-Consensual or Illegal Activities

    • Any form of blackmail, human trafficking, coercion, or forced participation in activities.
    • Distribution, promotion, or facilitation of illegal activities.

  7. Zoophilia and Animal Abuse

    • Any form of sexual or violent content involving animals.

Any violation of these regulations will result in the immediate suspension of the violating account and may lead to legal prosecution in accordance with applicable laws.

§4 Obligations of Streamers
Content creators using the live streaming feature must:

  • Complete a mandatory age verification process (18+).
  • Implement and maintain safety measures for any high-risk content (e.g., BDSM practices using safewords and protective protocols).
  • Refrain from publishing misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
  • Respect privacy and personal rights by ensuring that third parties are not featured without their explicit consent.
  • Comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Violations of these obligations may result in account suspension, civil liability, and potential legal prosecution.

 

§5 Obligations of Viewers
Viewers are required to adhere to the following rules to maintain a safe and respectful environment. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, or any form of discriminatory behavior towards streamers or other users.
  • Unauthorized recording, distribution, or sharing of live stream content.
  • Requesting or soliciting prohibited or illegal content.
  • Publishing, sharing, or exposing personal information of other users without consent.

Violations of these provisions may result in permanent account suspension and potential legal consequences.

 

§6 Sanctions and Consequences for Violations
KinkyFans reserves the right to impose sanctions and enforcement measures at its sole discretion in response to violations of these policies. Such measures may include:

  • A formal warning or temporary suspension for minor violations.
  • Permanent account suspension and deletion for repeated or serious infractions.
  • Reporting to the appropriate legal authorities in cases involving criminal activity or violations of applicable laws.
  • Restriction or removal of platform features, including revocation of live streaming privileges.
 

§7 Final Provisions
KinkyFans reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these guidelines at any time.
Users are required to stay informed about updates or changes to these policies.
By using the KinkyFans live streaming feature, all users explicitly acknowledge and agree to these provisions as legally binding.

By initiating a live stream on KinkyFans, the content creator acknowledges that 25% of all streaming-related revenue is retained by KinkyFans and 75% is paid out to the creator, unless a different agreement has been made in writing.
